Make reservations soon! Parking iscomplimentary to hotel guests. Conference attendees not staying at the hotel willneed to pay for parking.

Seeking Proposals

Seeking regional speakers to propose lectures, workshops, image-maker 

presentations, educational and other discussion topics for panel presentations,

regional graduate program presentations and student presentations. 

Proposals must include name and contact information of the proposer, working

title, a short, (200 words or less), description of proposed presentation. Panel

discussions should list participants with short bios. Images should be submitted

when appropriate to topic proposal. Please email proposals to
